Women's Resilience Debate Seeking & Celebrating Success

WELCOME BACK! Having taken a year out to reflect on the Resilience Debate Forum we are deligted to be able to invite you to participate in our next round table debate where we will discuss: WHAT ARE SOME OF THE BIGGEST RESILIENCE CHALLENGE’S FOR WOMEN? Why join us? Our work with clients has shown that when women are provided with a broader range of strategies to develop sustainable resilience to stress and high pressure, they are able to step up to the next level of performance more easily. We will discuss a range of topics that you wish to bring to the debate including: •  What are some of the biggest challenges for the resilience debate in the UK?•  What are some of the Resilience challenges for you personally (if you want to share) and in your workforce?•  How far do women you know demonstrate sustainable resilience to step outside their comfort zones?•  What role models do you have and why do you look to them as role models? What are the qualities of their resilience?•  What do you think some of the key critical success factors are in building women's resilience?•  What actions have you seen being taken by organisations to promote health and wellbeing?•  What role does coaching, mentoring or sponsoring play?•  Any other important topics or challenges you would like to bring to the table The event will also provide an opportunity to network and connect with a cross-section of individuals.  It is open to both MEN and WOMEN who are interested in the topic of resilience and the diversity and inclusion. The debate provides a platform for honest and confidential discussion and we would be delighted for you to join us. Our sponsor for September 2019 session is currently to be confirmed however the event will be in Central London. Chairing the meeting is Julie Courtney, founder of the Resilience Debate forum and she is joined by Sarah Flynn who will run a short session on Resilience in the face of  Information Overload. The fee you pay covers the cost of running these events and, as a result, is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend and let us know 2 week’ s before the event date, we are happy to transfer your booking on to the next available session instead. We very much look forward to welcoming you and if you have any furhter quetsions please do get in touch. Julie & Sarah
